“Who was at my door?” — See Verify a Rep. Call with the name on the badge and your street; we'll confirm the visit.

“Where's my installation?” — Your install is scheduled and performed by your fiber provider. We're glad to look up your order and point you to the right provider contact.

“Is fiber available at my address?” — Availability is street-by-street during a build. Call or email with your address and we'll check the live serviceability data.

“I got a text from INW” — We send order follow-up texts only to customers who agreed to receive them. Reply STOP any time to opt out, or see the SMS Program page.
