Rep verification

Someone knocked? Let's confirm who.

Door-to-door should never mean taking a stranger's word for it. Every INW representative carries a company photo ID badge — and we're one phone call away from confirming any visit.

What a legitimate INW visit looks like

1 · The badgePhoto ID, always visible

Our reps wear an INW Marketing photo ID badge showing their name, photo, and the fiber provider they represent in your neighborhood. No badge? Ask for one — a real rep will show it.

2 · The pitchA real provider, a real build

Reps only represent providers actively building or serving your area — Fidium, Frontier, Fybe, Brightspeed, AT&T, or CCI. They can check your exact address for availability on the spot.

3 · The orderDirect with your provider

If you sign up, the order goes straight into the provider's own system in your name. You'll never be asked to pay an INW rep — billing always comes from your provider.

Verify a visit right now

Call or email us with the rep's name (it's on the badge) and your street — we'll confirm whether an INW representative was working your neighborhood, usually within minutes during business hours.

A note on door-to-door safety

Legitimate fiber sales reps — ours or anyone's — will never ask for cash, gift cards, or payment at the door; never need to enter your home to "check your connection"; and never pressure you to decide before you can verify who they are. If a visitor claiming to be from INW won't show a badge or wait while you call us, close the door and give us a call anyway. We want to know.
